16 Jan 3D House Rendering
Mighty Visage Render Studio has been creating 3D house rendering and visualisations for nearly twenty years. One of our specialties is producing accurate and aesthetic 3D visuals for architects and property developers to help sell an idea, concept or property. Whether you are looking for 3D visualisations for marketing, planning permission, presentations or design purposes, we have all of your 3D visualisation requirements met.
We are fortunate to have a fantastic team of talented and professional 3D visualisers that are always on hand to help. We work closely with our clients to ensure we are creating exactly what is needed and wanted. Every project is different and we create the visuals to suit the intended purpose. With the latest 3D software and hardware, we are able to produce high quality 3D house rendering, even on a tight deadline.
What We Offer
We offer 3D visualisations of building exteriors and interior spaces. Whether it is for residential or commercial projects, every visual we create gets the same level of commitment and attention to detail. Within this page you will find a few example of work we have done over the last few years and more can be seen on our visualisation portfolio.

The Slider Image below is one of our 3D House Rendering visuals (the one with the cars) and the other image is a photo of the completed build – Spot the difference by dragging left and right.
3D visualization companies produce the imagery that is required to successfully sell something. Whether it is an idea, concept or physical building, 3D images go a long way to getting support, and that all important sign-off, from your clients or investors. Bringing a project into full colour 3D glory from 2D plans and elevations is so satisfying and rewarding. If you can imagine it, we can visualise it.
THE 3D VISUALIZER’S JOB
To get started on a project our clients will send over plans, elevations and a schedule of materials. Along with these might also come, mood boards, sketches and sample images for reference. Here is an example of something we might receive.
The 3D visualizer will use these details to create 3D models of all the separate elements which will be in the scene. This includes the space (walls, windows, floor and ceiling), all the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and any other items. These are then positioned in the scene and covered in a white material. Cameras are set up and ‘greys’ are sent to our client for comments.
Once the client has chosen their preferred views the 3D visualizer will add the textures and lighting to start making the image look realistic. Again, this is presented to our client to make any necessary design changes. We call these ‘mark-ups’ but they have many other names, ‘redlines’ ‘comments’ or ‘feedback’.
With the changes made, the 3D visualizer sends through the final issue. It has been a long journey and many hours have been spent modelling, lighting, texturing and emailing back and forth. This is now the image the customer can use for marketing, design or presentation to their clients.
In order to create these photorealistic renders there are quite a few steps to go through. For the sake of ease a few of these steps have been removed. This is our standard process but bearing in mind that no two projects are the same, it can be changed and tweaked to suit our customer’s needs.
Customer satisfaction is paramount to us here at Mighty Visage Studios, and we will do whatever we can to make sure you, and your clients, are 100 percent happy with any project we work on. We know how important it is to keep your clients happy, and we feel the same.
Whether you are a seasoned pro, or just looking at having your first 3D visualisation realised, we are here to help guide you where necessary, and follow your lead when required.
