The 3D visualiser is the most important factor in producing fantastic 3D visuals. Lots of other elements are required but it is the talents and expertise of the 3D visualiser that makes the difference.
Our 3D visualisers work closely with our clients to ensure they are creating exactly what is needed and wanted. Our aim is for the final image to be as expected, or better.
This is a short explanation of how our 3D visualisers create visualisations for our clients.
This first step is to get plans, elevations and schedule of materials from the client. Ideally they will be supplied in dwg format, but we can work with anything if required.
Our 3D visualiser will then produce a wire frame model from the details provided. Now it starts to come to life.
Once the modelling is complete, white material is used to cover everything. This gives the model mass, and both the 3D visualiser and the client can see if any changes need to be made. We present a few of these ‘greys’ to the clients to choose which viewpoints they would like.
Once the client has chosen the views they would like, the 3D visualiser will continue working on the scene by adding lightning, materials and accessories. This produces Colour 1 (C1).
The client has the opportunity to make any slight adjustments. These are called markups and give the 3D visualiser a chance to adjust the image to our client’s satisfaction.
The final is result is an image that can be used for marketing, planning or design.
We offer a wide range of 3D visualisation services to both architects, interior designers and property development companies. These services include walkthroughs, animations and Virtual Reality and 360 degree tours. See our visualisation portfolio here.
